a new beginning;
i am completely giving myself to the Lord, and hoping He will guide me & use me to benefit Him. this world is full of pain & i cannot get through it without His help. i'm trying my best to start over the right way, and be like Jesus. i'm getting a better relationship, new friends, and a new life. change is my life right now. i'm not going to be anybody but me; even though i'm still figuring out who that person is. so basically if you're not going to help me become a person that i like, leave me alone - i'm done with you guys. i'm learning not to rely on the people of this world, but to make God my focus & my hope in life. He's the only thing worth trusting; everyone else will let you down - no matter how long they've been there for you, they will eventually. i learned it the hard way. don't get me wrong, i am definitely open to friendships right now. i am actually loving the people that are surprisingly becoming a closer friend than they used to be. if you don't like it, i'm not sorry. i'm going to make better choices, as bad as some of them may hurt me for now.
out with the old me, in with the new.
some words of wisdom:

"you're not in heaven untill you're in heaven." i believe that happiness is something we will always strive for but never really reach. everything happens for a reason. the only constant is change. "he who covers over an offense promotes love, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends."
follow your heart & enjoy life; but remember that God will judge you for every decision you make in the end - whether you choose to believe in Him or not.
i'm looking forward to:
going to europe for spring break, turning eighteen 2 weeks later, graduating, moving out, & starting college.
