My name is Stacey, I’m (42), happily married to a wonderful man named Jim “Bo” (52). To the surprise of our family and friends we met and married in less than a 3 week period and that was almost 22 years ago. Together we have two great kids: Jay (21) and Dee (16), with whom we are well pleased. I am a disabled stay at home wife/mom. My kids say I’m a certified crazy person, I wonder why? LOL I’ve always loved hard work, I’m happier outside with a shovel in my hand than inside with a dish rag. Unfortunately due to my disabilities I’m unable to do the things I truly love anymore, doesn’t stop me from trying sometimes which of course ends up hurting me and then I get Bo and my doctors fusing at me. It’s only because he loves me and worries that it’ll put me in a wheelchair faster. I tease him abit about him marrying someone younger in hopes that I’d be taking care of him in his old age and it seems to be the other way around silly man.LOL Nah, we are and always have been as one, besides we’re both rather pitiful without the other. There you go me in a nut shell, ok it’s a big nut. LOL

My goal in life is to know, love, and serve my Lord, God, and Savior; Jesus Christ.The only way I know to accomplish this is to have discipline (see blog) to faithfully read and study my Bible, God’s Holy word, (which in my opinion is some of the Holy Spirit’s greatest work), and through prayer. Prayer for me is very private, personal, secret, precious, sacred, interceding and done with a patient, seeking, waiting, expectant, pleading, obedient heart. Listening Oh so carefully for that still small voice that speaks straight to my heart, how I cherish that voice, that whisper, so calming, so gentle, that makes me feel and know that I’m loved and never alone, for if you have God in your life you always have him with you, loving you, and watching over you. God doesn’t cause bad things to happen but he does allow them to, so that through them we grow stronger in faith and closer to him and his likeness. I still have a long road to hoe to achieve this but as long as I keep yearning and seeking God I will prayerfully get as close to it as humanly possible. I’m human and being so makes me prone to sin, it’s natural in all of us, and it’s all up to us to make the choice to strive to do our best to live the life God wants us to, taking one day at a time and place all our faith, hope, love, and trust in He who is our creator. But should we fall short of his Glory, which we all have and will, take heart for all that is needed is for us to confess, repent, and with a humble heart honestly and earnestly go to him in prayer and ask(seek) His forgiveness (see blog on chances), and it shall be given unto you. For to anyone that will, to the Lord may come, for through him is Salvation and eternal life. The very nature of sin was dealt with at the foot of the Cross when the Savior gave up his life for us. Fear not for he will never abandon or leave us, unfortunately it is we that abandon and leave him. He will however keep watch over you and like the shepherd, leave the flock to find that one lost lamb. Thank you Lord and all the praise and glory belong to you. Amen.

In the beginning God created

For those who wondered where it came from the man and what was the reason for its existence, the book of Genesis gives you the answer. Genesis means beginning. In the beginning God created the universe and every living thing. Adam and Eve, facts "in the image of God" were placed in paradise for cultivation, that is, to manage the building. Soon the human race fell into disobedience. That first sin resulted in suffering and death for all generations. The first was the murder of Abel, committed by his brother Cain. Then the men were sunk increasingly into violence and immorality, to the point that God had to purify the land by the flood. Noah and his family believed in the notice of the trial and were sheltered in the ark. The land was purified, but not the human heart, because evil is characteristic of him. The sin ruined it all: men, families and nations. Then God called Abraham and he discovered his plans to grace: it gave a family in a village where born, which seceded from the nations. But that privileged people unable to respond and again what the sin ruined everything. To remedy the state lost of humanity, in due time God sent his Son, so we have the Gospels. In the life of man is also a need for a principle, not only by natural birth, but through the new birth through faith in Jesus Christ.
Who restless?

It is one of the objectives of human beings, feel tranquil, from the richest to the poorest, seeking comfort, and the rich can get to feel relaxed in knowing he has security guards at his home, or the poor to learn that has a dog albeit very weak, but that barks to get any intruder.
Quietness is the feeling that the parent has to know that a stable job and that is enough for family expenses, or the wife who trusts her husband.
Quietness feels the employer to maintain a high margin sales with good rates of utilities.
Calm holds, the shepherd who does not have to pay rent, because the temple is typical of the church and tithes are so abundant, which each year buys a new bus, a television channel and goes on vacation to Egypt.
Quietud, in his soul feel that the Christian faithful, who have great prosperity, and think that everything is going very well, because of their excellent performance.
But we can not trick God, He knows that in times of our lives, we are resting our convenience, and we become complacent with ourselves and begin to abuse that peace, we take great freedoms and the sacrifices of justice disappear from our programs.
Slowly, the dark clouds come to your life, Oh, Christian asleep, and you have to suffer the anguish of the process, when things start to fail.
Are these fears felt by this?
Do you feel run over by such clouds in this moment?
There are thousands of believers who daily seek relief from God, before the rain of problems that have pulled out of the train derailed comfort.
Every day we see as a desperate, for something that will be easy for some, others will be like the end of their very existence.
In such cases, the recommendation is that you stay quiet, calm down, tranquilizate let rain hail falls completely out of your soul. You can not escape from that test, because God wants to make you understand that you should look for the rest of El.
God wants to show you the way in which your heart, trust him, you learn to be resting all, but feel that the world will explode into a thousand pieces.
God came at the right time, when you see that these resting in Him.
Come on, tranquilizate, calm down, resting your soul and depositato in the arms of you think, and also that you care. God has a plan with you, what you really and when you exit the test, and you enjoy've learned the lesson of rest in God's hands.
MATTHEW 26:

Closer than you think
When you lift and you feel empty, God is closer than you think ...
When your life's going and you think nobody remembers you, God is closer than you think ...
When you lie down for no apparent reason for wanting to live, God is closer than you think ...
When you see a beautiful phrase or a sentence and feel it is for others, God is closer than you think ...
So when more away from God, is increasing its presence in your life that despite your problems, difficulties, failures or errors, feel a call on your heart as a beacon in the midst of the storm, which reminds you that God is closer than you think ...
God is not a feeling, is a conviction and even if you do not feel, though no longer possible, although not see that storm continues. And you can rest assured that you will always be.
