I love Dances with Wolves, Dirty Dancing and most Old time Musicals, like, Sound of Music, The King and I, Grease, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and such.

I enjoy mostly folky christian rock music. Jordan Taylor is awesome at only 15 years old. Bethany Dillon is another choice, Jacki Velazques, Cystal Lewis, Steven Curtis Chapman, Mercy Me. And one local singer I met at my church who is getting her first record deal Rebecca McCloud!!! I also enjoy classic rock, other than christian music, with Howie Day, Nickleback, Rob Thomas, Carrie Underwood, Bo Bice, Taylor Hicks, and Katherine Mc Phee!!!

I love to crochet. I usually do better when I am making something for someone else rather than myself. I love to read. I enjoy taking walks but I am limited in how far I can go as I have Fibromyalgia and my hips are constantly sore. Some days I walk better than others and with no pain, but other days I just deal with the pain.

The bible and self-help books. I love reading Womens magazines and the gossip mags about the actors and movie stars lives! Ha ha.

I have the love of Jesus Christ in my heart! He keeps reminding me he is there for me when I am happy or when I am sad. I have been trying to read his word more consistently. It has been helping me get through a trying time with my eldest son Dan. I volunteer every Wednesday night at church with the 4-5 year olds and once a month with the 3 year olds. I also help on outreach projects. Still hard for me to get close to other people, but I am asking God for help.

I absolutely love cats!!! But for the fist time since I was 8 years old I am going on 7 months without them. My husband has one lung and breathing difficulties and after 3 trips to the ER in 4 months this past winter for pneumonia, the doctors said the animal dander might be causing him a problem. I know there will be cats in heaven, so I'm okay!!! I also am an avid animal lover, mostly animals with fur that is! Ha ha. Deer, horses, squirrels, dogs and others.
