ABOUT ME

I am happily married to my best friend Jack and we have 7 children between the ages of 33 to 23. We have 12 grandchildren with the oldest 15 and the youngest is one. We have another one due in July. I work at the State Senate as an executive assistant to a senator. Prior to that I was the secretary at my church of 6 years. I have also been an Avon Rep. for over five years. I lost my hearing in 2001 and received a cochlear implant which has been a blessing, but the downfall is while it has enabled me to hear, music is not very good. So I find myself only listening to the older music since I still have auditory memory of it. I go to Vineyard Christian Fellowship of North Phoenix and have attended since 1988. I am and have been since the beginning an avid AZ Diamondback fan. Win or lose I am there for them. Sometimes I can go overboard, but hey, what can I say? I love my Diamondbacks! I love that I can blog about what is on my heart and know that it will be read by others who understand, and may also bless some who read it. I am hoping to make new friends in Christ as well as grow closer to the Lord just by being here and fellowshiping with others and learning from them as well. I guess that is it for now. Every evening As I'm lying here in bed, This tiny little prayer Keeps running through my head. God bless my mom and dad And bless my little pup, And look out for my sister When things aren't looking up. And God, there's one more thing I wish that you could do, Hope you don't mind me asking But please bless my computer too? Dear Friends, I'm sorry I haven't been around much the past few weeks. This month has been a crazy one, hasn't it? But you haven't been far from my heart and prayers.
