Growing up, Rita knew she had a talent for performing and would often perform for family and friends, using a hairbrush as her microphone. After some time, Rita became the youngest choir member at Blessed Sacrament Church, R.C., where she served for 15 years. Here is where she began to see the impact of her voice on the congregation. Rita made her professional singing debut at the age of 19 at the New Haven Coliseum in Connecticut opening for Puerto Rican romantic balladeer Danny Rivera. Rita also appeared in leading theatrical roles in productions such as Anything Goes, The It Girl and West Side Story throughout Connecticut.
In 1988 Rita found herself desiring an intimate relationship with the Lord, thereby making the decision to renew her covenant with the One who would set her course. By 1991, she became a founding member at Kingdom Life Christian Church where she would sing praises to the Lord as a Worship Leader and member of the Praise Team. Through her years at Kingdom Life Christian Church she has demonstrated her ability serving in various ministries such as the drama team and children’s choir director. Rita has also performed on a variety of local and national television programs, including Trinity Broadcasting Network’s (TBN) national show, “Praise The Lord”. She has shared the stage with renowned artists and acts like: Bebe Winans, Bill and Rene Morris, Phil Driscoll, Ron Kenoly, Carman, Justo Almario, Abraham Laboriel, Ingrid Rosario, Pedro Eustache, Christina de los Angeles, Adlan Cruz, Mary Taylor and Vickie Winans.
Over the course of twenty-one years, Rita has been involved in numerous community oriented activities were those that have heard her singing have felt comfort and have seen a heart of worship. She has utilized her voice to bring honor to the One who blessed her with this gift. Her vast experience has brought her to appear at various churches, youth events, conferences, private and public organizations such as nursing homes, prisons, hospitals and schools. Yet, there is still a yearning in her heart that God has placed a vision that she must fulfill.
In September 2004 her first CD was released, “From The Depth Of My Soul”, which chronicles her journey with the Lord. Now the little girl that God had seen mature would pour out a powerful anointing through her songs and lyrics. Rita Marie Valle will sing and perform knowing always that wherever she stands, she does not stand alone, for her creator holds her hand as He walks every step of her course with her.
As a woman of faith, psalmist and worshipper she believes that music is a vehicle that propels change, healing and wholeness and compels others to embrace truth, insight and understanding. Her music has been described as an epic of love that surely touches the heart of God and captures the listener. Rita’s ministry focus is in being a vessel that is used in bringing restoration to the body of Christ and the world that surrounds us. She has been known to cross the gap between different Christian denominations, because the common ground is a devotion, a love and worship for Jesus.
Rita basis the future of her ministry first and foremost in Christ and in the following scripture –
Isaiah 49:6 “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will make you a light for the Gentiles that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth.” She states, “I want to see my music not only speak to the needs of Christians, but to the needs of mankind. There’s a hurting world out there and I will go forth in the mighty Name of Jesus, so that the nations will arise and give glory to God on high.”

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your many blessings, and help me to be content with Your daily provision in my life. May we all be content with Your daily provisions. Thank You for Your wonderful gifts of love, joy and peace, which cannot be purchased with any amount of money. I am most grateful. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
