I like westerns, my favorite modern westerns are Toombstone and Silverado. As far as the oldie but goodies...no one did it like John Wayne.

I grew up on 80's country and rock, and I like most all Christian music.

I enjoy anything to do with U.S. History. I like to go camping and fishing when get the chance, visiting with all my friends on the net! I am an Independent Christian Minister, Volunteer Firefighter/Chaplain for Central Polk County Fire & Rescue.

I was born in Kansas City, Kansas in 1966, the youngest of four children.A few years later, my folks decided to move away from the city. I grew up on a small place in the country in west central Missouri. If it were not for this move, I don't even know if I would be here right now.I went to a school in a small town nearby, where I was an average student, not the best behaved, but not the worst. I was saved at the Assembly of God church. I got married one year out of high school.In 1987, I lost my mother to a heart attack at the age of 54. Later, my dad and my best friends' mother got together and my family added a brother and two sisters. Sadly, ten years after I was married, my wife and I divorced and I moved to southwest Missouri. I met and married a wonderful woman and we have been happily married for nine years. I have been an industrial worker most of my life,save a four year career in law enforcement as a municipal police officer. I even did a stint as a school bus driver.(School bus driving for me was poetic justice pure and simple, as I recieved payment back for everythin I put my bus drivers through.) A long time ago, in my last marriage, God called me to preach. I started to work on this, but I soon floundered. Upon returning to Christ after my divorce and remarriage, I was denied a deaconship because of the reasons above. Since then, I have been told I could not pursue (or would not be accepted) as any type of Pastor or Deacon in the church. I then decided to move, (with God's direction) to seek ordination through another avenue. Mail order??? I did not WISH to be a mail order preacher. However, God calls, man does not, Right? So, now I am ordained. I consider myself an Independent Christian Minister.I offer my services for weddings and funerals until the Lord directs me otherwise. I do this with my wife by my side, she is a great help to me, so it is a ministry we do together with God getting the glory! Besides our ministry, we are members at a baptist church in our community. My wife's name is Patty and we have a spoiled rotten cat named Vinnie. I have recently enjoyed getting reaquainted with some old friends from high school, and that has been a blast!

Church,Good 'ol down home type cookin', relaxing with my wife on our front porch swing. Getting together with family and friends and having a good time laughing and joking around. I love spoiling my five year old nephew and three year old neice. My favorite part is when I give them back to my brother and my sister in law for the ride home after getting them ice cream, feeding them animal crackers, popcicles, etc. Now, that's what I call being an Uncle! I enjoy helping people and serving my local community. When approaching emergency vehicles stopped on the side of the road, please pull to the left lane and slow down for emergency workers.
