Hi, my name is Jaime, I'm first and foremost a child of God, trying to do what's pleasing to Him. I'm easy going, fun to be around. I'm the type of person that wants to treat others in the way I would want to be treated. I'm a out front person if I have something to tell you I will give you the respect to comfront it to you in person and not behind your back. I love sports. I love to travel. I love the outdoors; the mountians; the snow; skiing down the slops with my friends. The blue ocean and white sands, and taking walks along the beach while watching the waves crash in. Basically whatever doesn't stop me first. My friends say that I'm a bit of a dare devil, because I love trying new things. I love just being a kid now and then. Just forgetting who I am, where I am, and just live and enjoy the moment. To be thankful for what I have, and where and who I am as a dearly loved child of God. 2002 I had a accident which resulted in paralysis. So I might be considered to have a disability, but with God the disability sure doesn't have me! God has blessed and given me so much more, more then I could ever imagine possible. So if you would like to know something else then please all you have to do is just ask, and I will try my best to answer. Because, if you don't ask then how will you know.

My family and friends most of all. I enjoy being outdoors. Whether that means riding my hand-cycle bike or on my mono ski skiing. I also enjoy playing sports. Wheelchair sports of course. Anything from basketball to volleyball from snow skiing to water skiing. I was very athletic before the chair and still very athletic in the chair. There's not to much I can't do. Also in the fall not if I can help it, is not missing out on a LSU football game!

I do not like being treated less then what God inteeded it. I do not like when people talk behind my back. I do not like being called crippled, I hate that word! I may be in this chair, but I can do everything that everyone else can do if not more. I just have to do it sitting down. I have one pet peeve, so I guess you can say it's a dislike. I do not or never did like when others mis use the spaces designed for hanicapped parking, and now I guess since I have to use it, I dislike it even more but God is working on me with that.
