I love music, particularly contemporary Christian. Some of my faves are: Switchfoot, Third Day, KJ52, Mercy Me, Jeremy Camp, T-Bone, Jennifer Knapp, Kutless, Kirk Franklin, Lifehouse, Mary Mary, By The Tree, P.O.D., and Building 429.

Fishing, Hunting, Bicycling, Motorcycling, NASCAR, Baseball, and Football.

I have diverse taste in literature, but anything by Tim LaHaye, Jerry Jenkins, or Max Lucado is worth reading. I just got done reading 'Dear John' by Nicholas Sparks, wow, one of his best. I recently introduced my daughter to the 'Boo' books by Rene Gutteridge, she can't wait to read the 2nd one, 'Boo Who'.

I am a 51 year old truck driver. I searched many wrong places for answers until the Lord finally retrieved me from these incorrect paths in 2000. I have been married to my loving wife Ila for 23+ years. We have 3 children: Bryce (26), Kent (22), and Kyla (21). I was seriously injured at work in a fall from a flatbed trailer 11/30/2007, with a head injury, and my shoulder is so badly damaged that my collarbone sticks up @ 2 inches above the rest of my shoulder, unattached from it! I have been off work ever since. I should not have made it, so He must still have plans for me. Our home in Jackson, TN was damaged by the F-4 tornado on 2/5/2008 that did so much damage to Union University, but, praise the good Lord, we all stayed safe. We relocated to Fresno, CA in 3/08. I am an Air Force veteran.
