I trust Him to captivate my heart.

First off, I am a wife to a wonderful man!! For the first time, I know what it means to be my husband's "help-mate". I am blessed with four children, 28, 26, 22 and 15; and two grandchildren, ages 6 1/2 years and 1 year old. A WOMAN'S HEART SHOULD BE SO LOST IN GOD, THAT A MAN NEEDS TO SEEK HIM IN ORDER TO FIND HER !!

I am a "domestic engineer"! which means I manage our small farm. We raise our own chickens, turkeys, eggs (of course!) and goat milk for cheese and soap. I tend a modest garden and sell our produce as well. Along with our poultry and dairy goats we have a Llama named BB King, who is our herd protector and my best friend! I grow herbs and use them for seasonings and health.

I do volunteer work with the homeless and at the animal shelter. I do occasional cooking and gardening classes.

At this time, we are without a church home, but we are trusting God to lead us where He wants us to be. Your prayers in this area are greatly appreciated!

I have an autoimmune disease that keeps me down a lot of times, but it doesn't have me!! I use the down times to pray for others, so stop by and leave me your prayer requests!

Consider that the trials and tribulations of your life are really hallmarks of your character and faith. You have a chance to show forth for generations to come how you walked and lived in peace with God and where possible with man. Let even your autumn days shine bright with the glory and peace of God.
