The vision of Something Differernt Teen Ministries 25 yrs ago after I came out of Teen Challenge God called me to my prayer closet and as I was praying God showed me a vision of a ministry. he showed me in the vision of a place where people can come and hear the gospel I seen lots of Teens from all backgrounds of life I seen black white Chinese Mexicans I seen a place that looked like a Club God showed me a band playing and I seen Teens lifting their hands to God praising the Lord. This music was not your ordinary church hymnal music but it was Rock but they was singing about Jesus. To some people these kids looked different some dressed in black clothing some looked like gang banger some looked strange to the ordinary eye. I seen kids giving their life to Jesus I seen kids laying things down at the altar. then God took me down the hall it was dark and king of looked like a night club I seen on the wall a mirror of pictures I seen Teens drawing on this wall p[picture some drew art some drew them self their family some drew picture of how they see Jesus. this mirror was huge. Then I seen my self going in to this large room with lots of Teens praising God I seen kids that looked different to some people I seen kids and adults praying and praising God. I seen Teens with mask on I seen in the spirit those mask coming off. I seen Teen praying for other Teens I seen chains being on people literally coming off by the power of God. I seen God using these same kids going out on the streets wittiness to their peers I seen an army of kids going in to the drug infested neighborhoods preaching to drug addicts alcoholic God showed me that once these Teens were satanist drug addict alcoholic etc cutters And God had totally changed their life. Yes on the outside they looked the same but on the inside they was changed by God Almighty. Then I went in to another room I seen video games and kids listening to music and having fun I knew this was a safe place a haven for kids to get away from home problems. I also seen adults counseling Teens I also seen in this vision December 06 God showed me another part of the vision when we went through the building I seen a learning place with Teens learning their school and I seen teacher helping them with school work. and I seen a fitness room with Jim equipment and weights and tread mills I seen a work program helping Teens find summer job through out the community I seen bi Bible studies going on and I seen classes on addiction helping them with many addiction these classes was faith base classes. This would be a place that Teens could come and feel safe a place of save haven a place where they would be lifted up and not torn down a place where they felt excepted and loved by people and not judged by their clothing of color or race. Also in this vision I seen a red van that looked like a ordinary van but I seen flames on it and mags on it and filled with kids. I seen us taking these kids on field trips events concerts amusement parks. Future vision is to have 2 house where Teens can go and get help with drug and alcoholic problems one was for the girls and one house for the boys. In this house we had a live in person on staff to much watch the place. We was teaching these Teens biblical bible teaching we was reprogramming them to be good citizen in the community. Another future plan is that other city catch the vision and open up other center like this in other city. UPDATE We are in the process of getting a building in the down town loveland area. God has defidently given us an open door we found a building that a church use to own and they left EVERYTHING a Teen Ministries needs. This building is 8 thoundsand sq feet.
