I am 36 and have been married to my awesome wife Monica for five years now. I have a son who is 13. I am originally from New orleans. I moved to the Houston area after Hurrican Katrina. The following Wed. after Katrina devestated New Orleans I went to church with my mother-in-law and was saved and asked Jesus into my life. Before then I knew of him but did not have a personal relationship with him. I was living a very,very sinful life to say the least. Since then my life has changed 100% for the better. The Lord has greatly blessed my life since I turned it over to him. I had to realize he was in control not me. "Control is just an illusion."

LIKES

I love football and being from New Orleans I an a HUGE Saints and L.S.U. fan. I am also a big fan of Mixed Martial Arts(MMA) and Nascar. Go Dale jr.

We Stand Poised At The Start Of A Brand New Year. No one, Except The Lord, Knows What Lies Ahead Life Is An Adventurous Journey With All Kinds Of Unseen Obstacles And Thrills Before Us There's No Need To Fear, Though Jesus Is Our Guide For The Times Before Us He Longs To Make Our Journey Easier And More Enjoyable As We Trust And Follow His Lead We Are Saying Goodbye To An Old Year. Sometimes It's Tempting To Want To Stay Where We Are With All Its Comfort And Security. Yet Jesus Is always Calling Us To Follow To Follow Is To Go Forward Our Lord Desires To Show Us Fresh Truths Through New Adventures He Knows The Further We Go With Him On His Path, The Stronger We Will Grow In His Love

No Mother Could Have Possibly Loved Her Child More Than Mary Did, Knowing That Her Child Was Her Lord. We Must Bear In Mind That From Her knowledge of the Old Testament Scriptures And Her Acute Perception Of Just Who Her Son Was There Would Have Been Times When The Discernment Of His Impending Death Caused Her Much Heart-Searching And Sadness Here Was A Young Hebrew woman Who Had Found Great Favour With God And Was Subsequently Entrusted With The Care Upbringing And Nurture Of His Only Son. Mary Possessed All The Necessary Spiritual Attributes To Help Her Carry Out The Daunting Task Of Bringing Up Her Son. This She Did With Much Dignity And A Deep Reverence For God.
